Mission

To equip and inspire men and women to live their faith on the job and build bridges of influence to the workplace, community, and world.

Vision

Countless followers of Jesus pursuing their calling, bringing the power of faith into their spheres of influence, seeking the peace and prosperity of Dallas.

Values

  1. Work is a gift of God and a primary way we express love for God and serve our fellow man.
  2. What we do on Monday mornings is as important to God as what we do on Sunday mornings.
  3. "Christian work" is any beneficial work, well done, to the glory of God.
  4. The Bible is full of wisdom critical to our economic and spiritual success.
  5. Our faith is reflected, first of all, in the quality of our work and how we relate to others.

Strategies

  1. Affirm the value of every person's work in God's sight and equip them to follow Christ at work.
  2. Create opportunities for learning, encouragement, and influence in the business community.
  3. Cast vision for how Dallas could change as Christians in the workplace live their faith 24/7.
  4. Guide men and women to discover the unique role God created for them to play in the world.
  5. Broker connections between individuals/resources and needs/opportunities, fostering peace and prosperity for all citizens of the city, based on a movement of the gospel.
